Whether applied in electric tractors or forklift trucks, for sweepers or hydraulic lifts, our DC-DC converters are used for a wide range of applications in a power spectrum from 80 watts to 750 watts. They can also be produced for standard battery voltages with an input voltage range of 8 VDC to 96 VDC.
Additionally to the DC-DC converters we offer contact and convection cooling, both cast (in accordance with IP65) and uncast, including individually selectable connection plugs.
Kraus voltage converters are galvanically isolated and protected against overloading or short-circuiting through hiccup mode or secondary current limiting.
Our technical know-how built on decades of experience also permits the development and construction of converters for special purposes, such as the electric-vehicle industry. Construction is always in accordance with the criteria set out in EN 62477-1. The specification for the vibration test is defined according to the standard IEC 600068-2-6.
The spectrum of our customised voltage detectors is widely diverse. They are primarily intended for a voltage of 3000 V for application in safety-relevant fields, such as electrical systems in railway technology. There they significantly contribute to the safeguarding of employees, for instance during maintenance work. Kraus voltage detectors indicate via LED when the incoming operating voltage exceeds a previously defined threshold of 45 V DC.
